7 FUN ACTIVITIES AT ONE EVENT
Come have fun, meet new people and make new friends!
Listen and dance to three different types of music – A new one each hour – Country – Rock & Roll – Pop - Oldies. Line dancing and dance lessons also.
Have fun playing board games like Uno, chess, Hungry Hippos, Connect Four, Candy Land, Jenga and more. You can also bring crafts like crochet, molding, Legos, etc.
Three different trivia topics, one hour each with donations from local businesses for prizes
Come have fun singing with the words projected on a wall.
Groups like musicians, veterans, cooks, quilters. Topics like eating healthy, exercise, budgeting money, setting goals. Sitting or walk and talk.
Sometimes you have had a tough day or week and you want to unwind to get in a great mood for a great evening. Laughter and humming are healthy and relaxing.
Laughter is contagious and the best medicine. Humming increases nitric oxide 15 times. Positive posture practice. List seven things you are thankful for. Drink some water if you are dehydrated.
